According to the decision of the Senate on 22.02.2017:

It is decided that; in all graduate schools of our university, thesis program students who are enrolled first time for the 2016-2017 Fall Semester, and all students who are on their course stage as of the 2016-2017 Spring Semester are required to take the course on scientific research techniques and research ethics during their graduate education.

According to this decision, English and Turkish thesis graduate program students who are still on their course stage are required to take ECO606 Research Ethics and Methods. Turkish program (with thesis) students can register to this course from the English program's course list.
