The students who are taking the Credit and Hostels Institution (CHI) education scholarship, and are succesful in the mandatory English proficiency exam at the end of the 2018-2019 Fall Semester are required to take courses from their registered programs for their scholarships to continue. The scholarships of students who have a "passive" status on YÖKSİS, and/or have a cGPA below 2.0 are being converted to student loans by the CHI.
